![]() After leading his team to their title, Amer Delic became the first Illinois player to win the NCAA Division I singles championship. The number three seed is also the first Big Ten player to win the event since Michigan's Mike Leach in 1982. ![]() The University of Florida Women (pictured left) captured their fourth NCAA Division I title when they upset top-seeded (and two-time defending champion) Stanford. It was junior Julie Rotondi who provided the tie-breaking win when she upset Lauren Barnikow. ![]() The University of California picked up its fourth doubles championship in six years when Christina Fusano and Raquel Kops-Jones overcame Kentucky's Sara Witten and Amy Trefethen. The duo did not drop a set during the entire tournament. |
