All of the U.S. junior teams have completed the qualifying events and will participate in the September finals in Italy. The teams are as follows:

Former junior world team members include Andy Roddick, Lindsay Davenport, James Blake and Jennifer Capriati.

Madison Brengle was the winner of the USTA Wild Card Tournament for a French Open wildcard into the Qualifying event. At Roland Garros, Madison won her first match over Kristina Brandi before losing to third-seeded Su-Wei Hsieh. She also won two rounds in the Junior French Open.

Russians Anastasia Pivovarova and Matteo Trevisan were the winners of the 48th Italian Open.
