TALKING WITH... ELIZABETH PLOTKIN
September, 2005 continued

Q: Where do you go from here?
A: "I'm going home to rest and then I'm probably playing a few Challengers. Then maybe playing some ITFs."

Q: Are you thinking about college?
A: "Yeah. I'm a senior. I have been talking to a few coaches, but I haven't committed anywhere or decided anything."

Q: Then you are looking toward going to college next year?
A: "At this point, I haven't played a lot of Challengers yet and I really want to see how I do out there. I've got time."

Q: At what age did you start playing tennis?
A: "Seven."

Q: Does anyone else in your family play tennis?
A: "No, just me."

Q: How did you get started?
A: "My parents played -- if you can call it playing! They would sit me on the bench and I would just watch the worst tennis. And I said, 'I think I can do better.' (laughter)"

Q: Where do you train?
A: "The Olympic Club in San Francisco."

Q: You said you are you working with John Hubble there?
A: "I've been with him three or four years."
