The 28th Intercollegiate Classic took place at the Sunny Hills Tennis Club in Fullerton, California during the holiday week. The final round produced the following results:
Men's Singles
Drew Hoskins/Texas defeated Jamie Sahara/Northwestern, 6-4,6-1
Men's Doubles
Trent Brendon-Wake Forest/Cody Jackson-Rice defeated Tom Lloyd-Arizona/Carl McCafferty-Purdue, 6-1,6-2
Women's Singles
Maureen Diaz/USC defeated Jessica Roland/Texas A&M, 4-6,6-0,7-6
Women's Doubles
Joslyn Burkett-Arizona State/Heather Shelby-Air Force Academy defeated Danielle Hustedt/Kate Romm-Cal Poly Pomona, 6-2,6-3

The University of Tulsa has opened a new tennis facility. According to Athletic Director Judy MacLeod, "The Michael D. Case Tennis Center will help us take an already outstanding program to the next level, not only in recruiting top prospects, but also in attracting the nation's top collegiate programs here for competitions."
